I further agree that any or all images may be used, in any form, as part of any further publications, other printed materials, or social media postings used to promote Trash Attack! and hold harmless the Town of Kill Devil Hills, its agenda, officer, and employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of any kind or character that may arise as a result of my participation in the Trash Attack! Community Clean Up event.
