Welcome to the Town’s Virtual Citizens Academy!

The Kill Devil Hills Virtual Citizens Academy is a video series that was created by the Town to provide the public insight on the operations of local government. Starting September 4, 2025, we’ll be releasing a new video every Thursday over the next few months. Each episode focuses on a different department or division, offering insight into the day-to-day operations that keep our Town running.
