NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 6:00 o’clock p.m., the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold a regular meeting in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 102 Town Hall Drive, Kill Devil Hills.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings to receive public comment, both written and oral, on the following items:
- Public Hearings
- Proposed Zoning Amendment – 153.076 Off Street Parking and Loading –
Modify Minimum Parking Space Size and Table of Parking Requirements
- Proposed Zoning Amendment – 153.002 Definitions, 153.076 Off Street

Comments must include your name and address, and should be limited to three minutes when read aloud (five minutes when speaking for a group).
At these public hearings, the Board of Commissioners may take action on each item, with such action to include approval, disapproval, or tabling the item for further consideration.
