NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 6:00 o’clock p.m., the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold a regular meeting in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 102 Town Hall Drive, Kill Devil Hills.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings to receive public comment, both written and oral, on the following items:
- Public Hearings
- Zoning Amendment Request — §153.315(B)(4) Accessory Dwelling Units
— Modify Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Site Requirements
- Local Historic Landmark Designation – 2025 New Bern Street: Harris /
Blanchard Cottage
- Local Historic Landmark Designation – 606 N. Memorial Blvd: Diane Baum

Comments must include your name and address, and should be limited to three minutes when read aloud (five minutes when speaking for a group).
At these public hearings, the Board of Commissioners may take action on each item, with such action to include approval, disapproval, or tabling the item for further consideration.
