1. Proposed Zoning Amendment – 153.121 Residential Low Setbacks & 153.161 Residential High Setbacks – Amend double frontage setbacks for lots 5,000 SF or less

Worksession on the Town Manager’s Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2025/2026
1. On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, the Board of Commissioners will conduct a worksession on the Town Manager’s Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
Public Hearing on the Town Manager’s Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2025/2026
1. On Monday, June 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, to receive public comment, both written and oral, regarding the Town Manager’s Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2025/2026.

The Budget Portal will remain open until June 9th at noon. Any comments submitted through the Portal will be forwarded to the BOC as it reviews the Recommended Budget and considers its adoption.
