Dare County and surrounding Towns have transitioned to OBXAlerts, a new and
improved Emergency Alert and Notification Platform. Individuals who are currently subscribed to emergency alerts with Kill Devil Hills and Dare County will need to re-register with OBXAlerts. Use of the current system will end on February 28, 2021.
