Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, November 2 at 2:00 a.m. Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour. The Kill Devil Hills Fire Department advises everyone to use the time change as a reminder to check the batteries in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms. And remember: if your smoke alarm is 10 years old or older, it’s time for a new one! Working smoke alarms save lives and property!
