Planned Temporary Road Closures

Wrightsville Boulevard at  East Clark Street

October 28 & 29, 2024

The Town of Kill Devil Hills will have a temporary road closure of Wrightsville Boulevard beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 28th through Tuesday, October 29th. The closure will take place at the intersection of East Clark Street, for utility and roadway improvements by Hatchell Concrete Inc.

Wrightsville Boulevard will remain open for local access to homes. You may access addresses north of the intersection from E. Baum Street and south of the intersection from East Martin Street.

The temporary road closure is scheduled to end by 5:00 p.m. on October 29, 2024.

East Clark Street at Wrightsville Boulevard

October 29 & 30, 2024

There will also be a temporary road closure of East Clark Street at the intersection of Wrightsville boulevard. 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 29th Wednesday, October 30th. The closure will take place at the intersection of Wrightsville Boulevard and East Clark Street, for utility and roadway improvements by Hatchell Concrete Inc.

Clark Street and Wrightsville Boulevard will remain open for local access to homes. You may access addresses west of the intersection from US 158 and east of the intersection from South Virginia Dare Trail.

The temporary road closure is scheduled to end by 5:00 p.m. on October 30, 2024.
