Planned Temporary Road Closure 

Indian Drive - Tuesday, September 19, 2023

The Town of Kill Devil Hills will have a temporary road closure beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday September 19, 2023. On Indian Drive at its intersection with Seminole Street, for utility and roadway improvements by Hatchell Concrete Inc.

The two streets will remain open for local access to homes. You will not be able to cross from Indian Drive to Seminole Street south of the intersection. Seminole Street can be accessed from W. Third Street.

The temporary road closure is scheduled to end by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday September 19, 2023.

The Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners & the Town of KDH proudly present the annual Ice Cream Social event. Join us on at Aviation Park , 103 Veterans Drive on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, from 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. for a FUN and FREE community event which will include hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, drinks, treats for dogs and ice cream, of course! There will be live music performed by the First Flight High School Fine Arts Group, large yard games, and more!
