PLANNED TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

 The Town of Kill Devil Hills will have a temporary road closure beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, for the South end of Newport News Street at its intersection with Durham Street, for utility and roadway improvements.

Through traffic on Newport News Street will be prohibited during this work. Local traffic may use Norfolk Street to Suffolk Street to detour around the closure.

Local traffic on Newport News Street may use Suffolk Street to Norfolk Street to detour around the closure to access Durham Street. Newport News Street will remain open from the north for access to adjacent properties.

The temporary road closure is scheduled to end by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
