Kill Devil Hills 2022 Holiday & Refuse Collection Schedules

The Town of Kill Devil Hills offices will be closed Friday, Monday, and Tuesday December 23- 27, 2022, in observance of the Christmas holiday, and Monday, January 2, 2023, for the New Year’s holiday. The following outlines the holiday schedule and refuse collection schedule:

Board of Commissioners Adopts Yearly Meeting Schedule

at the First Flight Holiday Market

Come shop local with over 50 vendors this Saturday, 12/17 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the First Flight Holiday Market!

In honor of this market being held on a very special day, the 119th Anniversary of the Wright Brothers First Flight, the Town will be hosting a special GIVEAWAY Attend the market and you'll be entered into a raffle for a Wright Flyer Kite! (You do not need to be present during the time of the drawing to win.)

Wright Lights Illumination

The Town of Kill Devil Hills’ Grounds Division does such an amazing job of decorating Aviation Park for all to enjoy. To commemorate their work, the Town has decided to name our light display the Wright Lights Illumination.
