Park. Look. Lock.

Even though summer is flying by and it's already August, we should continue being careful with the extreme heat, especially when we are inside a vehicle with children or pets:

  •  Put a toy up front as a reminder.
  •  Put something you need in the back seat.
  •  Look before you lock!

Hurricane Preparedness & Reentry Permit Information

The tropics may be quiet but NOW is the time to prepare for hurricane season! NOW is the time to review your plans and check your supply kits.

During and after an emergency, you need supplies to keep your family safe and healthy. Consider the unique needs each person or pet may have when building your kit. Remember that a disaster could cause a power outage and affect the water supply. You also may not be able to drive because of damage to your car or flooded roadways. Be prepared—stock up on everything you might need before disaster strikes.
Information on assembling disaster supplies

When assembling your kit, store items in airtight plastic bags and put your entire disaster supplies kit in one or two easy-to-carry containers such as plastic bins or a duffel bag.
