Opening for First Flight Market Vendors

The town has a few fill-in spaces open for local artisans to participate in the First Flight Market. Fill-in vendors will be used when the approved vendors are unable to attend a market. If you have homemade, homebaked, or homegrown products to sell, and have availability on Tuesdays (or know of someone who does), please send an email to firstflightmarket@kdhnc.com to find out how to become a potential fill-in vendor.

The next market will be Tuesday, July 27th.

New COVID-19 Video Update from Dare County Department of Health and Human Services

Dare County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has released COVID-19 Video #101. Health & Human Services Director Dr. Sheila Davies and Dr. Roger Lever with Sentara Healthcare provide information on COVID-19 in Dare County.

The video is available for streaming Dare County’s YouTube channel at youtube.com/DareCounty. It has also been shared on the Department of Health and Human Services’ FaceBook page and on Dare County’s Twitter account @DareCountyGovt. The video will be broadcast on Current TV Government Channel 191 for local Spectrum TV customers. CurrentTV’s programming schedule and additional programming is available for viewing on-demand at CurrentTV.org.
