PLANNED TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE 
E. Helga Street at US 158/N. Croatan Highway

The Town of Kill Devil Hills will have a temporary road closure for through traffic on E. Helga Street beginning at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at the intersection with US 158/N. Croatan Highway for storm drain installation by RPC Contracting, Inc.
 
Access to properties along E. Helga Street will be maintained during the closure from the east via NC 12/N. Virginia Dare Trail and Raymond Avenue. No through traffic will be allowed at the US 158/N. Croatan Highway intersection during the closure.
 
The temporary road closure is scheduled to end by 4:00 p.m. with E. Helga Street being re-opened for traffic.
