This portion of our website will be dedicated to introducing you to both native and non-native species that call the Outer Banks home. Most of it is still under construction; however, we have a great deal of information on the non-indigenous coyote, which can be accessed in the column to the left. The information we have provided typically is available through the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission. The NCWRC website, which includes so much information - not just about coyotes - may be accessed here.
