Kill Devil Hills provides a full range of services for our citizens and visitors.  These services include:  police protection, investigation and animal control; fire and ocean rescue protection; solid waste collection and disposal; streets and stormwater drainage and infrastructure; planning, zoning, and building inspections;  water services, infrastructure, and billing; related financial services, such as accounts payable, billing collections, and monitoring the Town's budget.  Additionally, there is an administrative department that coordinates all services and activities of the Town.
