Boards, Committees, and Other Appointments


 

In Kill Devil Hills there are several boards and committees that are subject to the provisions of the North Carolina Open Meetings Law.  These include: the Planning Board, the Street Improvements and Special Projects Committee, the Historic Landmarks Commission, the Board of Adjustment, and the Personnel Board.

Please Read this Notice - The Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners is seeking interested persons to serve on various boards and committees with the town government. Persons desiring consideration for appointment may obtain an application from the Administration Department, located at 102 Town Hall Drive, off Colington Road, by mail or fax, by calling 449-5300 or through our website: www.kdhnc.com . (Click on Town Government, then Boards and Committees and look for the Application for Boards and Committees).

The Town keeps an application bank for use by the Board of Commissioners when considering appointments to various boards and committees, including but not necessarily limited to:
